Description - Hawas Ice
Casual elegance in citrus form. Genuine Rasasi Hawas Ice EDP decant from ৳390 in Bangladesh. Notes of italian lemon, Sicilian bergamot and c

Rasasi built its reputation on Hawas, the woody amber signature that turned heads across the Gulf, and Hawas Ice takes that DNA into colder, brighter territory. Released in 2023 as an Eau de Parfum, it keeps the family's confidence but swaps heat for a crisp, fruited chill that reads more modern gym bag than smoking lounge. Aromatica carries the Rasasi Hawas Ice decant in Bangladesh in all available sizes, so you can size it to how often you actually reach for it. It's an easy fragrance to underestimate on first spray and then keep coming back to.

Fragrance Notes

Top: Apple, Italian Lemon, Sicilian Bergamot, Star Anise

Heart: Plum, Orange Blossom, Cardamom

Base: Musk, Amber, Driftwood, Moss

The Scent

Apple hits first, crisp and slightly tart rather than candied, with Italian lemon and Sicilian bergamot cutting in in the same breath to keep things sharp instead of sweet. Star anise sits under that citrus, giving the opening a faint licorice edge that stops it from smelling like a simple fruit blast. Within the first twenty minutes the fruit softens into plum, which sounds like it should turn jammy but instead reads more like a cool, slightly sour note working against the citrus rather than adding sugar to it. Orange blossom shows up around the same time, bringing a soft, slightly green floral quality that keeps the heart from feeling one-dimensional. Cardamom threads through this stage too, adding a spiced, almost peppery warmth that is easy to miss unless you're paying attention, but it's doing real work bridging the fruit to what comes next. Some noses catch the cardamom early and read the whole heart as spicier, others barely register it until the dry-down, and both reactions are fair given how quietly it sits in the blend. By the second hour, musk and amber take over as the citrus and fruit fade, building a warm but not heavy base. Driftwood and moss arrive last, adding a slightly salty, weathered woodiness that keeps the amber from turning syrupy. The overall arc moves from bright and fruited to warm and woody without ever feeling like two different fragrances stitched together. The transition between the fruited opening and the spiced heart happens gradually enough that the star anise from the top and the cardamom in the middle almost overlap, so the licorice edge and the pepper warmth briefly sit side by side before the citrus fully steps back. As the plum settles in, it pulls the apple's tartness along with it rather than replacing it outright, which keeps the fruit from ever feeling like a single flat note. Orange blossom softens that pairing further, rounding off the sourness with its green floral quality so the heart feels balanced instead of tart on one side and spiced on the other. When musk and amber finally take hold, they do not erase the moss and driftwood so much as let them surface slowly underneath, so the woody base feels layered rather than sudden. That slow handoff from cardamom's warmth into the amber's own is part of what makes the base feel connected to everything that came before it rather than a separate stage bolted onto the fruit and spice.

When to Wear

This suits early evenings in humid, warm weather, think Dhaka commutes after sunset or a dinner where the AC is doing heavy lifting against the heat outside. It also works for daytime office wear during the hotter months when heavier Rasasi fragrances would feel like too much too early.

Who Is It For

Good fit for someone who liked the idea of Hawas but found the original a touch too heavy for daytime wear, and wants that same brand confidence in a cooler, more citrus-forward register.

If you enjoy the original Hawas, it sits in the same family and is worth comparing side by side. Browse the full Rasasi collection at Aromatica.

Available as an authentic decant in Bangladesh at Aromatica in 3ml, 5ml, 9ml, and 15ml.
