Shipping Policy

A. Introduction
At Aromatica.one, we aim to deliver your fragrances and decants safely, quickly, and transparently. This policy explains our delivery timelines, shipping charges, inspection requirements, and responsibility terms.


B. Delivery Coverage

B(a): We deliver only within Bangladesh.
B(b): International orders are not accepted.


C. Delivery Timeframes

C(a): Standard delivery time is 2 to 4 business days from the date of dispatch.
C(b): Delivery timelines may vary due to unavoidable courier delays, strikes, weather, political situations, or other force majeure events.
C(c): Orders are processed and dispatched based on operational capacity and courier pickup schedules.


D. Shipping Charges

D(a): Inside Dhaka: BDT 80
D(b): Outside Dhaka: BDT 110
D(c): Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout and/or confirmed at order placement.


E. Delivery Attempt & Receiving Rules

E(a): The recipient must be available to receive the parcel at the provided delivery address/phone number.
E(b): If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone, or recipient unavailability, the courier may re-attempt delivery based on their policy.
E(c): If an order is returned to us due to recipient-side failure (unreachable/unavailable/wrong details), re-delivery may require additional courier charges.


F. Parcel Inspection Requirement (Mandatory)

F(a): The recipient must check the parcel in front of the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
F(b): The parcel must be inspected for:

  • visible damage to packaging,

  • leakage,

  • broken items,

  • missing items,

  • wrong item received.

F(c): If the parcel is accepted without inspection in front of the delivery agent, any claims raised later will not be eligible, and Aromatica.one will not be accountable for those issues.


G. Damaged or Broken Items During Shipping

G(a): Aromatica.one will take responsibility for damage only if it is verified at the time of delivery during inspection in front of the delivery agent.
G(b): If damage is confirmed on delivery, the recipient must immediately inform the delivery agent and contact Aromatica.one according to our support instructions.
G(c): If issues are reported after delivery is completed and accepted, Aromatica.one will not be liable.


H. Lost or Delayed Shipments

H(a): If a shipment is delayed beyond expected timelines, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve it.
H(b): If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, Aromatica.one will assist the customer with a reasonable resolution (replacement or store credit/refund depending on availability and case validation).


I. Address & Contact Details Responsibility

I(a): Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and an active phone number.
I(b): Aromatica.one is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect/incomplete address or unreachable contact numbers.


J. Special Considerations & Exceptions

J(a): Aromatica.one reserves the right to update delivery terms based on courier logistics and operational requirements.
J(b): In special cases, we may apply additional verification steps to confirm delivery issues and claims.
