The Scent

Bergamot opens it clean and zesty, close enough to the original MYSLF that owners of that bottle will recognise it immediately, with a hint of neroli in the first ten to fifteen minutes. Orange blossom takes over as the citrus fades and it is handled as a fresh floral rather than a rich white flower, airy and slightly powdery instead of indolic. The dominant impression across nearly every review is cleanliness, and reviewers reach for the same reference: laundry. One describes the sweetness as closer to high-quality detergent than to perfume, which is meant as a compliment. Ambrofix and Indonesian patchouli sit in the heart supplying warmth and a dry woody spine, though neither pushes forward.
