Notes, the scent, when to wear, and who it is for.
Lattafa built its name on scents that punch far above their price, and Jasoor, released in 2023, is one of the brand's more grown-up gestures: a fresh-fruit opening that quickly gives way to tobacco, leather, and dry woods. It reads unisex without trying hard to prove it. Aromatica carries the Lattafa Jasoor decant in Bangladesh in all available sizes, so you can get to know it properly before deciding how much you want around.

Full note breakdown on Fragrantica.
The Scent
The first thing the nose registers is apple, crisp and slightly tart, brightened by bergamot and pushed sideways by cardamom's warm rasp. It is a strange, likeable combination, fruit and spice crossing paths before either one settles. Within minutes tobacco starts to show through, not smoky exactly, more like the sweet-dry smell of cured leaf, and it pulls the fruit toward something richer. Lavender and geranium move in around the same time, adding a herbal, slightly soapy edge that keeps the tobacco from turning heavy too soon. This middle stretch is where Jasoor earns its keep: the apple hasn't fully left, the tobacco is building, and there's a green, aromatic lift running underneath that stops it from smelling like a straightforward gourmand. Some wearers catch a faint boozy note here, closer to macerated fruit than actual liquor, and that's a fair way to describe the transition. As the herbal top fades, leather starts to surface, dry and a little dusty rather than polished. Tonka moves in alongside it, rounding the leather with a soft, almondy sweetness that keeps things from turning austere. Vetiver and patchouli arrive last, grounding everything in a dry-down that is earthy, slightly smoky, and noticeably less sweet than the opening promised. On skin, the whole arc feels like it moves from an orchard into a tobacconist's shop, which is a more interesting route than the name suggests at first spray.
When to Wear
This suits cooler evenings more than midday heat, the tobacco and leather base wants some chill in the air to read properly. Think a late dinner, a gathering that runs past sunset, or a walk after the day's humidity has broken. It's built for after-dark wear rather than a desk shift, so save it for when the plans stretch into the evening. Browse the Lattafa collection at Aromatica for others cut from the same after-dark cloth.
Who Is It For
Someone who likes their fruit notes with a rough edge, not a cousin to sugary designer fruit-bombs but someone drawn to tobacco and leather with a sweeter opening layered on top. It also works for anyone who wants one bottle that reads differently depending on how far into the wear you catch it.
If you enjoy Musamam Black Intense, Jasoor's tobacco-leather backbone will feel familiar, and La Collection d'antiquites 1886 shares that same dry, vintage-leaning dry-down. Browse the full Lattafa collection at Aromatica.
