Description - Her
Bright fruits over soft musks. Burberry Her EDP from ৳598, authentic decants in Bangladesh. Notes of blackberry, raspberry and strawberry.
Few mainstream releases have managed to distill the feeling of a London market in summer as precisely as Burberry Her Eau de Parfum, launched in 2018 and composed by Francis Kurkdjian. It opens with a pile-up of British berries that reads more like a fruit bowl than a perfume counter, and that directness is exactly the point. Aromatica carries the Burberry Her decant in Bangladesh in all available sizes, making it easy to live with before deciding on a full bottle.

The Scent
Strawberry and blackcurrant land first, bright and slightly tart, with a tartness that keeps the opening from reading as candy. Sour cherry and raspberry layer in quickly underneath, adding depth to what could have been a flat, single-note fruit accord. The mandarin and lemon are subtle contributors here, lifting the berry cluster and keeping it from going heavy or muddled. Within the first fifteen minutes, violet begins pulling the fruit inward, softening the edges with a slightly powdery, cool quality that is distinctly floral without smelling like a bouquet. Jasmine follows the violet but stays quiet, rounding the heart rather than asserting itself. The transition from top to heart is what makes this interesting: the berries do not disappear, they merge with the violet, creating a fruity-floral accord that feels genuinely coherent rather than artificially layered. On the drydown, cashmeran and musk take over as the dominant players, adding that modern skin-like warmth that Kurkdjian handles particularly well. Vanilla and amber appear later, soft and understated, stopping well short of gourmand territory. The vanilla here reads more like a skin-warmer than a dessert note, which keeps the drydown wearable rather than cloying. Patchouli and oakmoss in the base are a genuine surprise for a fragrance this accessible: they ground the sweetness with something earthy and slightly mossy, giving the drydown real dimension that most berry florals in this price range do not reach. Some wearers find it skews young and sweet throughout; others find the mossy, cashmeran base adds exactly the sophistication to balance it. Both readings are fair, and which one you get depends partly on skin chemistry.
When to Wear
Burberry Her works best in spring and early autumn, worn to weekend brunches, outdoor markets, or casual evenings where the setting calls for something warm but not heavy. It suits the kind of situations where a cloud of berries and soft musk reads as exactly right rather than out of place. Browse the For Her collection for other fragrances in a similar register.
Who Is It For
Someone drawn to fruity florals with actual backbone, who gravitates toward the sweet end of the spectrum but values a drydown that earns its depth rather than staying in purely gourmand territory. It suits younger wearers and those who wear similar mainstream-adjacent feminines without apology.
The richer, more intense version of this DNA is Burberry Her Elixir, which amplifies the berry and musk into something darker and worth comparing directly. Browse the full Burberry collection at Aromatica.
