Berry-forward, ripe, and bold from the first spray, Her Elixir opens with strawberry and blackberry hitting at once, not like fresh fruit at a market but like something cooked down and concentrated, with a slight tartness underneath the sweetness. There is a faint sour edge here that can read as intriguing or unusual depending on the nose. It sits closer to a dark berry preserve than a light spritz of fruit.
