Kilian Forbidden Games

The idea behind Forbidden Games is the forbidden fruit, and Kilian leans into it with a honey-drizzled peach dusted with cinnamon. First created by Calice Becker in 2012, the scent returned to Kilian's Narcotics family in March 2026. It is a fruity floral gourmand: peach and black currant over a rose and jasmine heart, finished with honey, opoponax and vanilla. The Scent

The opening is ripe peach with black currant and a pinch of cinnamon. The peach is juicy and nectar-like, the black currant adds a tart, dark fruit edge, and cinnamon gives it warmth. Kilian describes the cinnamon as Laotian cinnamon bark, and it reads as a gentle spice rather than a bakery note.

The heart is Bulgarian rose, jasmine and geranium. On the 2026 page, reviewers say the rose and jasmine stand out here while the peach stays in the background rather than disappearing. The flowers give the fruit a smoother, more polished shape and keep the sweetness from turning sticky.

The base is honey, opoponax and vanilla. Honey adds a golden sweetness, opoponax brings a soft, resinous warmth, and vanilla rounds it off. The drydown turns ambery and comforting, with the peach still faintly present.

Kilian's own note list changed with the 2026 return. The 2012 listing had peach, apple, plum and cinnamon on top, while the current one shows peach, black currant and cinnamon. The core idea of honeyed peach, rose and jasmine is the same. Opinions on the original were mixed: some found it safe and pleasant for any occasion, others felt the peach faded quickly. On the Fragrantica forum, it is often placed in the same fresh fruity floral lane as Dior J'adore, which Calice Becker also created.
