The Scent

Saffron announces itself first, dry and faintly leathery, with mandarin orange and bergamot cutting through it so the opening never turns heavy. Within minutes the citrus starts to fade and orange blossom steps in, bringing a honeyed, slightly waxy floral quality that reads more like orange blossom water than a soapy floral accord.
