A. Terms & Conditions of Usage
Welcome to Aromatica.one. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
B. Definitions
B(a): "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to Aromatica.one.
B(b): "User", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual or entity accessing our Site.
B(c): "Services" include all content, products, and features available through Aromatica.one.
C. Content & Intellectual Property
C(a): We produce our own images with an emphasis on aesthetics. Bottle juice colors may not always match actual product colors due to different lighting conditions.
C(b): Product descriptions may be sourced from official brand websites or written by us based on experience with a fragrance.
C(c): User-generated content reflects individual opinions, not necessarily those of Aromatica.one.
C(d): All Site content (including text, images, and logos) is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
D. Decanting Process & Limitations
We reserve the right to provide decants in whichever options are best available to us at any given time. When producing decants, we transfer the fragrance from the original full bottle into smaller decant bottles, so every decant is freshly prepared. However, we are not responsible for aspects beyond our control, including but not limited to:
D(a): A decant's longevity, projection, and sillage, which are controlled by the manufacturer brand.
D(b): Batch variations due to formulation changes by the original manufacturer.
D(c): Chemical composition changes affecting juice color, scent performance, or longevity.
D(d): Storage conditions affecting fragrance stability after purchase.
D(e): Potential leaks, evaporation, or material interactions with decant bottles over time.
D(f): Seasonal changes affecting fragrance performance due to weather or temperature.
E. User Accounts
E(a): Users are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality.
E(b): Any unauthorized account use must be reported immediately.
E(c): We are not liable for unauthorized access or activity under your account.
E(d): Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension.
F. Website Access & Availability
We strive to keep the Site available at all times, but downtime may occur due to maintenance or external factors beyond our control.
G. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
G(a): Post false, misleading, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content.
G(b): Violate intellectual property rights.
G(c): Distribute spam, malware, or engage in activities that compromise Site security.
G(d): Attempt to manipulate the Site's functionality for fraudulent purposes.
H. Orders & Transactions
H(a): Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders.
H(b): Additional verification may be required before finalizing transactions.
H(c): Pricing and availability are subject to change without prior notice. An advance payment may be asked for to confirm an order.
H(d): We may ask for an advance payment in the following cases:
- Orders over 5000 BDT (up to 10% of the total order value).
- Customers who cancelled previous orders without a valid reason (10% or full advance of the order total).
- Customers with a new or poor courier rating.
Orders of 5000 BDT or less, inside or outside Dhaka, do not need an advance unless one of the cases above applies. If we need an advance, we will call or text you first.
H(e): For online payments, the payment gateway may charge a fee for its service.
I. Data Collection & Privacy
I(a): We collect and use personal data (such as name, email, phone number, and address) to improve our services.
I(b): We may collect usage data like IP addresses, browser types, and time spent on our Site for analytics and service improvements.
I(c): Cookies and tracking technologies may be used to improve user experience and analyze website performance.
I(d): You can disable cookies, but this may affect some Site features.
J. External Links
J(a): The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
K. Limitation of Liability
K(a): We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or its content.

L(c): If an incorrect price is displayed, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders.
M. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
M(a): These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
M(b): Any disputes arising from the use of the Site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
N. Children's Privacy
N(a): Our services do not target individuals under 18.
N(b): We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
N(c): If a parent or guardian becomes aware of such data collection, they should contact us for immediate removal.
