The Scent
Neroli and orange blossom arrive together in the first seconds, and because they belong to the same botanical family, the effect is less variety and more depth of field, like looking at a single orange tree in full blossom from close up. After about thirty minutes, the bourbon vanilla begins to emerge, and it softens the tuberose considerably, pulling the fragrance away from its indolic edge and toward a warmer, more gourmand-adjacent place. The vanilla here is not sharp or foody; it reads as a gentle warmth that blends into the skin rather than sitting on top of it. The white musk arrives almost simultaneously, adding a clean, slightly powdery skin quality that anchors the whole composition without drowning it. The final dry-down is vanilla-musk with a soft floral echo, pleasant and close to the skin, more intimate than public-facing. What is notable is how the fragrance narrows in focus as it dries: it opens wide with citrus and blossom, tightens into a tuberose heart that can surprise, then settles into something warm and personal.
