Description - Le Beau Le Parfum
Slow-burn warmth that builds with wear. JPG Le Beau Le Parfum from ৳423, authentic decants in Bangladesh. Notes of amber, ambergris and ging

Quentin Bisch built Jean Paul Gaultier Le Beau Le Parfum in 2022 as the richer, more intense sibling to the original Le Beau, and the difference shows in the first few seconds on skin. Where the original leans bright and citrus, this Eau de Parfum Intense pushes straight into sweet, tropical territory before settling into something darker underneath. Aromatica carries the Jean Paul Gaultier Le Beau Le Parfum decant in Bangladesh in all available sizes, so you can spend proper time with it before deciding if that pineapple-and-amber signature is yours.

Fragrance Notes

Top: Pineapple, Iris, Ginger, Cypress

Heart: Coconut, Woodsy Notes

Base: Tonka Bean, Sandalwood, Amber, Ambergris

The Scent

Pineapple is the first thing the nose registers, and it is not a shy, watery pineapple. It comes in thick and syrupy, almost caramelized, with ginger adding a faint peppery flicker underneath it. Iris shows up early too, cool and slightly powdery, which keeps the tropical fruit from turning into a fruit-cocktail cliche. Cypress sits quietly in the background of the opening, giving the whole thing a green, resinous edge that stops the sweetness from feeling flat. Within the first twenty minutes coconut moves in and merges with the pineapple, and this is where the fragrance turns genuinely gourmand, closer to a sun cream or a tropical dessert than a classic masculine. Some noses pick up a faint suntan-lotion accord here, others read it as pure toasted coconut, and both readings are fair game depending on your skin chemistry. The woodsy notes in the heart start to thicken the structure, and by the second hour tonka bean arrives with its warm, almost vanillic sweetness, smoothing out the fruit. Sandalwood and amber take over in the dry-down, turning creamy and slightly smoky, while ambergris adds a salty, skin-like depth that lingers longest. The finish is warm, sweet, and woody rather than fresh, a long way from where the opening started.

When to Wear

This one belongs to warm evenings, beach clubs, and late dinners on a terrace where a sweeter, heavier scent will not get lost in the air conditioning. Save it for autumn and winter nights out too, when the amber and sandalwood base can stretch into a room instead of fading against summer heat. It fits comfortably alongside the rest of the Jean Paul Gaultier collection for anyone building a rotation of bolder, more expressive scents.

Who Is It For

This suits someone who gravitates toward gourmand and amber fragrances and does not mind being noticed, the type who would rather smell like dessert and skin musk than another clean aquatic. It also works for anyone who already owns Le Beau and wants a heavier, more intense version for cooler months.

If you enjoy Le Beau, it shares the same tropical DNA in a lighter form and is worth comparing side by side. For something greener and more garden-like from the same line, Le Beau Paradise Garden is another natural next step. Browse the full Jean Paul Gaultier collection at Aromatica.
